VTY350 tilting vacuum tumbler is a powerful machine for versatile applications, suitable for central kitchens and small-scale factories that look to build a full processing workflow. With its tilting design, it fits up to 200KG capacity, compatible with a standard European style buggy, and it also works with our standard TSY1250 buggy dumber.
Tilting drum allows quick batch offloading between short processing cycles. It is applicable for marinating, seasoning, and mixing sliced meat, meat chunks, fish fillets, and poultry products.
Vacuum meat tumblers make food products more tender, moist and tasty, while improving their appearance and quality consistency.
The drum is lifted and lowered hydraulically, with a loading volume of up to 60%, enabling rapid unloading.
